Midweek Confessions

Today, I am linking up again with E, Myself, and I for Midweek Confessions!

- E mentioned that she is using breastfeeding as her only form of exercise...me, too.  I really would love to exercise, but with grad school and 3 part time jobs, it's not really a priority.

- Jack needs a bath.  He hasn't been bathed since SUNDAY...gross.  But again...I am really busy.   Oops!

- I am presenting a paper in about 3 weeks.  Am I ready at all?  Nope.  Am I that concerned?  Um, not really.  Probably should work on some motivation...

- But I am way more excited about the fact that I will (hopefully) by flying down south in a week and a half.  My first thought--will the snow cone stands be open?  I LOVE Brookhaven snow cones.  There really is nothing better.

- I am a Christmas money hoarder.  I have been known to not spend my Christmas money until July, even August.  I have Anthro gift cards and money just waiting to be spent.  And I have things I would like.  But I can't do it...I just can't spend it.  Part of the fun for me is just thinking over and over what I could buy!

- Speaking of hoarding (I can not believe I am about to confess this), I have a bottle of perfume that I received for Christmas in 2nd grade (sorry, Mom--I know you are DYING as you read this!).  There is the tiniest bit of perfume in there.  And I can't bear to get rid of it, because the smell reminds me of being 7 years old.  I clearly need help.

Alright, I better end this, before I share more really embarrassing things...

I'm actually pretty jealous that you can save your Christmas money. I spend mine within about ten minutes of Christmas and then spend the rest of the year making a mental Christmas list for the NEXT year! :) Thanks for joining in!

Hey! I'm going to be in Jackson in a week and a half (from the 3rd until 10th). Let's please try to get the boys together, if you go.

I am horrified!!! Not about the perfume...you always were a strange, sentimental little girl...but about Jack's poor hygiene! Bathe that baby or I am calling child welfare! This is not the same as not sending your sheets to the laundry at Kamp. Another argument in favor of Jack spending the next few months in Mississippi with his 4 doting grandparents! We will bathe him and dress him up like a little doll every day!

Aww that perfume confession is soooo cute! And I hear you on the lack of baths taking place... Saige has been wearing a perma-pony since Sunday - I just threw them in the bath this morning for fear my tv watching schedule would interfere with the chore tonight.

I am the exact same way with my Christmas money, I found a $100 bill in a Christmas card I had never opened in my purse last week. Whoops.

I find it awesome that you are saving that little bit of perfume and it's not weird at all. Although, I"m dying to know what perfume it is!

My hubby also saves his Christmas money. He still has the cash he got from his parents from Christmas 2010. I get really jealous when I see it because I spend mine before New Years!

If I still have coffee gift cards by Valentine's Day, I feel very superior. I can't imagine still having them by August! I'm impressed.
